For our location in East London IDZ, Eastern Cape, we have an immediate opening for a Quality Engineer. Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager, you are an integral part of the related team, providing guidance in all local financial decisions. The successful candidate is a problem-solver who will work closely with the and local management team to further improve the business. Preference will be given to employees from the Designated Groups Conducting studies and setting targets for production through stadardisation of work Support in the design of facilities, line and plant layouts Generate process input sheets to define process stops and cycle times Assist in conducting production trials and studies through activity sampling Implement and control TPM Collect data and generate graphs / Trends on efficiency in he plant as requested. Industrial Engineering Degree or equivalent 2-3 years working experience. Good computer skills and experience especially in MS Excel
