The primary purpose of this job is to provide support to the operational departments, which includes managing projects to design, implement, stabilize and continuously improve the logistical processes and systems. Key performance areas Management of Distributionand Production Lines • Project Management • Process and System design and implementation • Continuously improvement of processes and systems • Team Management • Workload management • Process and System failure root-cause analysis • Develop and maintain a trustworthy relationship with customer and Clients Operations • BEng Industrial / Mechanical Degree Skills and experience required • At least 5 to 10 years' post-grad working experience as an Engineer • Project Management in a Warehouse environment • Warehouse Design • Manpower calculation • Facility layout planning • Process Design • Equipment planning • Standard work instructions/Standard operating procedures • Management of operator training • Creation and application of KPI's • Warehouse Management System Master Data • Inventory management • Continuous Improvement • Ability to lead a team of engineers and/or technologists • Advanced Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Visio
