Location: Cape Town Remuneration: Market related HLR Reference : HLR7925 Environment: Newly created position whilst the company undergoes new restructuring. Large, well-established Durban based company in the need of an Infrastructure Manager to oversee the planning, implementation and maintenance of infrastructure across the business. Purpose of the role: Strategic infrastructure planning Develop and execute cloud and on-premise infrastructure. Database management (SQL and Oracle) Design and maintain secure and reliable network architectures. Firewall and security planning and implementation. Backups and disaster recovery Team leadership and development Qualifications and Experience Required: 10 years’ experience within the infrastructure area of the IT industry with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity In depth knowledge and experience in servers, storage, networks and virtualisation Familiar with cloud technologies Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, industry standards and best practicesTo apply please send through your application to: debbiehelenlucre.co.za Consultant: Debbie Wilke
