Reference: BIT002742-Cha-1 Our client is looking for a ICT Infrastructure Team Leader to join their IT team. The ideal candidate must be conscientious and have a natural curiosity to learn how things work. Requirements ● A relevant degree or diploma. ● 3 years of relevant work experience in an IT support environment. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using logical pragmatic reasoning. ● Attention to detail ● Fast and self-learning abilities. ● Result orientation and eager to work hard and smart. ● Good communication skills. ● Willing to travel Responsibilities Planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of the group's ICT infrastructure. Includes: ● IT hardware. Includes procurement, setup, maintenance and replacement processes. ● Networking and cabling - ensure consistent high standards throughout the group ● Connectivity. Data, voice, telephony ● Desktop security (including antivirus, patch management) ● User security awareness and training ● Desktop support services ● Management of in-country IT teams (currently 6 people) ● Cost management ● Others: Firewalls, VPN, Queueing systems, CCTV
