Innovation Coordinator - Gauteng
The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following duties: Assist in the development of relevant Innovation.Assist in the development of product innovation from concept to commercialisation to realise growth opportunities.Assist in the project management of marketing work-streams including concept development, packaging design & working closely with consumer insights in the consumer validation phases.Assist in supporting Global Big Bet Innovation across the Region, ensuring Innovation is scaled including.Identifying whats working/not working on Big Bet Innovations Unlocking local insights.Assist in the development of seed strategies (if not developed by Brand Companies).If gaps identified vs Brand Company Assets, local Asset dev.Manage the Marketing team budget, including purchase orders & invoices.Innovation Big Bet Brand performance tracking & analysis.Any ad hoc analysis needed to understand & identify innovation opportunities.
