DUTIES:

Customer Service team processes all orders, creates all quotes and handles all quality issues
Routes all orders to customer service for processing
Routes all quotes to customer service for creation
Routes all quality issues to customer service (and ensures that the CSR has the information required to assume ownership of the issue)
All client contacts are recorded in real time in CRM
