We are looking for an Agent: Installation Support (Scheduling) to join our dynamic team in Randburg. In this role, you'll be the face of Tracker, providing top-notch customer service and ensuring our clients have a smooth and hassle-free experience. As an Agent: Installation Support (Scheduling), you'll be responsible for marketing the company to existing and prospective clients, building and maintaining relationships with our partners, and ensuring that customer service standards are met. You'll also be responsible for scheduling fitments of Tracker units, liaising with technicians regarding appointments, and rescheduling appointments as needed. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be bilingual (English and Afrikaans), have excellent computer literacy and typing skills, and be able to work under pressure.
