Job Purspose: Responsible for promoting credit and insurance sales to prospective customers in Dunn's Stores. Engage with potential customers, provide them with information about credit and insurance products, address their enquiries and close deals to meet or exceed the sales targets of Dunns sales objectives. The positions are based in the following Dunns stores Kempton Square, Sam Ntuli Katlehong, Katlehong Letsoho, Mamelodi Square, Mamelodi Mams Mall, Phumulani Mall -Tembisa, Tembisa Plaza, Diepsloot, Cosmo Mall and Pan African Junction Key dials Sales generation Product Knowledge Deal with customers in a customer centricity manner (Treating Customer Fairly) Effective self-management Matric with 1- 2 years Insurance Sales Experience Required Competencies: • Google Suite proficiency • Strong verbal communication skills - staff, customers, RSM, BSU, HR, call centre • Good written communication skills — emails to support centre's • Knowledge and understanding of the company policies and procedures applicable to the specific work environment • Ensure that work outcomes are compliant to the company policies and procedures • Knowledge of relevant legislation – Insurance (long and short term), FAIS, CPA, NCA, POPI act etc.) • Understanding of short and long-term insurance processes • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools. • Drive & Energy • Personal Resilience • Taking Action • Integrity and values • Customer Orientation • Service Orientation • Teamwork • Integrity and values
