Integration Specialist - Port Elizabeth

Coordinate with operations, sales, I.T. and clients to effectively integrate clients operating system to the JAS TMS. Person must have logical thought process, professional demeanor, interpersonal skills and high-level organizational abilities. The integration specialist must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment while focusing on the client’s needs and developing customized solutions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Foster client dependencies through system capabilities including but not limited to Compliance, Order Management, EDI integration, operations systems, reporting and web-based dashboard development Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects. Develop requirements and standards Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals Collaborate directly with IT and Operational professionals to implement effective solutions Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met. Support Sales in acquiring new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing) Use and create client analytics to identify improvements and efficiencies Provide internal training for Sales and Account Management teams on all technology applications Provide external training and demonstrations directly to customers on all technology applications Perform root cause analyses for customer challenges; present and oversee the execution of timely logic-based resolutions Update status of progress on business opportunities Continuously focus on penetrating other areas of the business for additional support and to uncover additional business opportunities Ensure all company policies and regulatory requirements are adhered to SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent organizational skills Excellent written and verbal skills Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: PMP certification ENVIRONMENT: 100% performed in climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions. Travel will not be required in support of the position’s responsibilities. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and finger to feel and handle; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, and crouch; lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
