Intermediate Building Service Technologist & Civil Engineer Applicants must have the following requirements: Must have a Bachelor of Engineering Degree or a Bachelor of Science Degree or a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Civil Engineering. Must have 3-5 years of experience in the design of building services, township infrastructure, contract management, quality monitoring, and report writing. Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D Software. Experience in Revit, Modelmaker, Bill, and iDAS software would be advantageous. Experience in managing GCC & JBCC Contracts and dealing with claims will be an advantage. Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English. Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel Must have a valid driver's license. Must be willing to relocate to KwaZulu-Natal.
