Intermediate Software Developer - East Rand - Gauteng (Hybrid) Our client based in the East Rand of Johannesburg is looking to employ an Intermediate Software Developer to join their team. In this role you will collaborate with our growing team to enhance and maintain business systems, while staying updated on emerging technologies, adopting deployment best practices and advancements in system architecture. Requirements: Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Proficiency in C# programming language. Familiarity with .NET framework and related technologies (ASP.NET, ADO.NET, etc.). Knowledge of relational databases and SQL. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with web development frameworks (ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, etc.). Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Knowledge of software testing principles and practices. Experience with Azure DevOps CI-CD pipeline development. Responsibilities: Contribute actively to the complete software development life cycle, from requirement gathering to testing, deployment, and source control. Work on the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable solutions. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with team members to understand and address complex business requirements. Keep abreast of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas to the table. Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and C# programming. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
