A new and exciting opportunity has presented itself to appoint a suitably qualified candidate into the position of Intern: Marketing Services . This position is based at Electronic Laboratory Services Pty Ltd in Richmond, Auckland Park (JHB Central). POSITION SUMMARY: To become conversant and achieve competency (i.e. broad knowledge, skills, and value) regarding all aspects of the syllabus for the marketing environment in which the intern wishes to specialize. Responsible for coordinating the Marketing Services support meetings in order to drive and support all Marketing Services Department functions. This includes assisting at and preparation of the minutes for the national Marketing meeting. Responsible for coordination of Practice management systems on Lancet platforms Logs tasks on all Lancet platforms as required Assists in all areas of Marketing Services as and when required Performs Receptionist and general admin functions for the Department. This entails among other functions, access for clients/staff, receiving calls and taking messages where required, receiving, and sending faxes, scanning documents, filing etc. Assists with all other generalist tasks as assigned by departmental staff or management, like making appointments, coordinating meetings, attending to Management diaries etc. Qualifications: Grade 12 Relevant Degree or Diploma Entry Level
