JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities: Using Centric Software to create and update supplier requests when receiving and sending sampling to Printing, Pleating, Embroidery and Wash House suppliers. Create and update payment contracts. Collect sample bags and preparing them to send to the supplier. Create waybills for the courier agency. Communicating with the designers and resolving any queries and discrepancies regarding packages Follow up with the team on any upcoming developments and changes. Following up with and liaising with the supplier regarding any sampling running late. Qualifications and Experience: Relevant completed diploma or degree in Clothing Design, Production, Manufacturing. Skills: A passion for collaboration and adapting to dynamic environments. Strong drive to transform ideas into tangible outcomes. Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Tech-saviness and familiarity with current digital trends Behaviours: Readily takes on new challenges and opportunities with a sense of urgency and eagerness. Effectively works with others to achieve shared goals. Conveys information and communicates ideas in a clear, concise and impactful manner. Understands, anticipates, and meets the needs and expectations of customers. Consistently makes timely, well-rounded and informed decisions. Takes accountability and ensures others are held to account on agreed upon performance targets. Interprets and simplifies complex and contradictory information when resolving organisational problems. Assesses and improves the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of various work processes.
