Internal Communications Change Manager - Johannesburg
I am seeking an innovative and solutions driven candidate from the banking industry, to work as an Internal Communications Change Manager on a 6-month contract with one of TOP 4 banks in S.A. This is a hybrid position. Has no direct reports. Individual will be reporting into the Head of Finance Transformation and support the Group FD's office Involved with all engagements from the FD's office - emails, newsletters, status updates Support 1500 staff with online sessions (MS Teams / SharePoint) Shaping sessions for the FD (Blue Jeans / MS Teams) Draft and implement new strategies on how to engage with the 1500 staff and keep them excited about new developments within the business, get them to be committed to the new ways of doing things Track engagements regularly to establish if a new launch is successful or not Project management Internal and external reporting Must have a Matric and relevant tertiary qualification No less than 4 - 7 years' Internal Communications experience, holding a management role for at least 2 years' within the banking sector Immediately available to start Able to be creative and think outside of the box Innovative Strategic Project management skills Analytical Excellent English communication - written and verbal Confident Report writing skills Familiar with SharePoint, MS Teams Clear ITC, Crim, Fraud Great track record Contactable references
