Our client who is one of the leading global market players in power and electrical industry has a vacancy for a Internal Recruitment person. The position is a year contract position, applicant should be immediately available . Position might go permanent after 1 year. The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical and power industry. Ensure timely recruitment of candidates, ensuring the right fit for the job. Assist in all aspects of the recruitment process, from job description to onboarding. The responsibilities of a recruiter include, but are not limited to, identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through agents and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications. 2. Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements. 3. Attracting suitable candidates through agencies, online employment forums, social media, etc. 4. Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions. 5. Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. 6. Completing paperwork for new hires. 7. Onboarding of new staff. 8. Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity. 9. Keeping up-to-date on employment legislation and regulations enforcing them within the company. 10. Providing recruitment reports to team managers. 11. Managing on boarding process. 12. Any other functions deemed fit for position from time to time. Educational Background: Matric Relevant HR qualification Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience Computer literate Experience with manufacturing Experience in the Power and Electrical industry R15 000 - R20 000 Depending on Experience and Qualification
