Our client is looking for an Internal Sales person to join their team Key tasks: Assembly of pre-packed stock based on packing information from packers per order / job card Sales Quotes as and when required by clients / External sales / Management for FA only Sales Mailboxes (infoFA salesFA) to be actioned and cleared every day Sales prices generated must be done in accordance with the SOP that includes Cash transactions and all terms and conditions of these sales. Loading of sales orders based on purchase orders / instructions received from clients. This includesany special orders Invoicing sales orders based on packing information from packers per order Continuous communication with clients and External Sales regarding status and delivery dates of orders Spot checking orders ready for dispatch Vehicle inspections Business Intelligence calls – Identifying opportunities for upselling within existing clients Booking of freight for national delivery with couriers Generating COD customer accounts Generating costing sheets for price list preparations Skills required: Highly organised and methodical with the ability to follow through processes. Good attention to detail is critical Detail oriented with strong quality and productivity orientation Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships Ability to deal with clients in a professional and courteous manner, and to develop and leverage professional working relationships Ability to react and adapt quickly to changing strategies.
