Internal Sales Administrator required for a well established company based in Johannesburg Central Matric Keep inventory records updated Ensure costing is done correctly on placing purchase orders Monitor service provider paperwork to ensure that all stock control systems are adhered to and pricing is correct Data capturing of stock information and daily reporting Tracking shipments / orders outstanding Maintaining reports of purchases and pricing Enter purchase details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) are entered into internal databases Handle queries Customer liaison Candidate must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
