Unique Personnel boasts over 50 years (established in 1970) of personnel and staffing experience, so it's not surprising that even though our main focus has been providing on South African Staffing Solutions, we now recruit internationally for over 5000 clients We are looking for a talented and driven individual to join our Projects and Finishing Department to fulfill the role of Internal Sales and Data Administrator, in support of the Project Coordinator. The position involves working against tight deadlines and often entails performing under strict pressure. The Internal Sales- and Data Administrator will primarily be responsible for internal ("Walk-in") sales, processing quotations, invoices, and other administrative duties (e.g., reporting and compiling project presentations). The individual must be able to understand and interpret general building plans and have experience and good knowledge of the retail industry for building materials, such as plumbing products, tiles, wooden floors, and lighting. Responsibility for deliverable commitments will be a key function that must be performed by the suitable candidate, while continuously working to align daily support and operational functions with the best practices and competent values of the company. This job description requires the ability to handle multiple tasks and be a well-organised individual. The successful candidate will possess the following skills, experience, and/or qualities: • The candidate must have good oral and written communication skills and be able to clearly present and explain a design concept to clients and colleagues. • Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks (Accounting) would be an advantage. • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint.
