- Managing Schedules and Communication:
- Assisting the sales team by managing schedules, ensuring timely appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Communicating relevant information within the sales team and across departments.
- Clear understanding of creating invoices (picking slips and sales invoices)
- Updating of all client details
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material, such as brochures, presentations, and proposals.
- Keeping an inventory of sales materials.
- Liaising with customers to understand their needs and address inquiries.
- Providing after-sales support when requested.
- Handling complaints and all queries from customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Switchboard support
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure effective deliveries to clients.

Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, youll need:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a similar position

- Matric
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Proficient within Microsoft Office, and Excel
- Sage Evolution (Advantageous)
