Bright Star Lighting is looking for a motivated and dynamic sales person to join our internal sales team. All candidates must be passionate about customer service and must be willing to go ‘above and beyond' to assist our customers with their request. As an internal lighting sales consultant you will be responsible for the following: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers by providing excellent customer service. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding product features, pricing and promotions Assist customers telephonically and via email correspondence with professionalism and efficiency. Process customer quotes and orders accurately and timely. Assist ‘customer walk-ins' with an enthusiastic approach and effectively communicate our products features. Valid Driver's License At least 2 years' experience in sales Added Bonus: 1 year experience in Lighting or Electrical Sales
