INTERNAL SALES COORDINATOR - South Africa

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE WILL BE : (of course there will be others as the job, and you grow) Maintaining outstanding customer service and excellent customer relations Capturing and loading orders from customer via telephone and / or email Managing Customer back-orders and updating all relevant parties Administering and maintaining all documents pertaining to our customer’s orders Co-ordinating delivery requirements with the Distribution team Ensuring that our deliveries are made in accordance with our objective of satisfying our Customer’s requirements Providing Customers with required reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly) Preparing Price Increase Letters Updating and ensuring Customer Information in SAP is correct WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED TO APPLY? Matric certificate with Mathematics. Diploma or Degree is advantageous 3 years working experience in a Customer Service or similar role Excellent Computer Skills – EXCEL (SAP will be advantageous) Apply Now
