Internal Sales Representative available in Alrode for an experience Sales candidate Internal sales of cut to size parts grow sales with existing and potential clients. Manage and interpret customer requirements. Identify and resolve client concerns. Expand market awareness of our product/ services and industry communicating features and benefits of our products and services effectively. Work with production team to ensure customer requirements are met. Maintaining records of customer communications and contact information as required. Preparing responses for proposals, tenders, etc. Submit Sales status reports as required. Submit weekly and/or monthly customer action plans and follow ups. Frequent communication to customer and follow up on orders. Ensure quotes are complete and sent to customers within the stipulated turn-around times. Offer technical support and advice to customers. Cold call for new business and service exiting customers. Build and maintain good relationships with customers and ensure retention of existing customers. Communicate any changes to customer requirements with OPCO head, Sales Management, Productions management. Refer customer complaints to General Manager. Communicate any specific delivery requirements to Dispatch team on time. Understands and Adheres to all company policies, procedures, business ethics codes and other company requirements. Grade 12 or equivalent. 2-3 years cut to size profiling experience. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Ability to promote and maintain customer satisfaction. Working knowledge of AutoCad software. Computer literacy- Proficient in MS Office. Persuasive and convincing skills. Good communication skills, people relation skills and interpersonal skills (internal and external) Knowledge of general administrative processes. Must be able to do basic maths and measurement conversions. Excellent telephone manner. TCTC will be offered and will be negotiable depending on experience
