Sales Represenative (Packaging Manufacturing) Location: Germiston | Salary: Market Related The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by cultivating and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting packaging solutions. This role requires a proactive and goal-oriented individual who can effectively communicate the value of our products, exceed sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. Requirements Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and offer customized packaging solutions. Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our packaging products and services. Educate clients on the features and benefits of our offerings. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the Sales Manager. Utilise CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the packaging industry. Valid driver's license and own vehicle . Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills; Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Experience: o Minimum of 3 to 6 years of proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the packaging industry.
