Join this thriving community and unlock your potential Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Own reliable vehicle with a valid drivers license 2 Years proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or digital marketing industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and industry trends Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs Duties and Responsibilities: Engage with leads generated through various channels and convert them into enrolled students Build and nurture relationships with prospective students, providing guidance and support throughout the enrollment process Conduct consultations with potential students to understand their needs, goals, and preferences Provide accurate and detailed information about the educational programs offered, including curriculum, accreditation, and benefits Assist students in completing enrollment paperwork and ensure all required documentation is submitted accurately and on time Collaborate closely with admissions teams to facilitate smooth transitions for enrolled students, ensuring they have all necessary information and resources Follow up with prospective students to address any questions or concerns and provide ongoing support as needed Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets set by management Maintain updated records of all interactions with leads and enrolled students in the CRM system Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in educational regulations Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge Provide feedback to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback Adapt to changing priorities and take on additional tasks or projects as assigned by supervisors Kontak Recruitment Disclaimer: Equal opportunity: All backgrounds are welcomed, with no bias.
