Our client owns a dynamic forward-thinking engineering firm specialising in construction and consulting services and is an independent Power Producer. Our Client is seeking for a highly motivated and skilled Internal Sales Representative Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers Identify and qualify new sales opportunities Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns and other methods Follow up on leads and enquiries Handle enquiries from both internal and external customers Achieve monthly sales targets Respond to customer sales enquiries, preparing and submitting quotations Tracj and update customer information in CRM database Monitor customer accounts Assist sales team with sales administrative duties Assist sales and project teams in tender process Manage finanvial reporting tasks Update internal price lists Always keep customer database up to date Skills required: Customer service experience Ability to cope in a high pressure environment Excellent people and communicating skills Entry requirements Matric any additional training and qualification within sales responsibilities 3 years proven internal sales experience in engineering, mining or agricultural field Fluent spoken and written English, French would be an advantage Excellent computer skills
