As an Internal Sales Support member, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with key customers while providing technical expertise and support. Your responsibilities will include tendering, quoting, and assisting with the supply chain for successful orders. You'll respond to customer inquiries, provide technical advice on pump and equipment selection, and identify new project opportunities. Additionally, you'll provide support to Sales Engineers, assist with project administration, and contribute to various business and operational tasks as directed. We offer a range of fluid handling solutions across the biotech and industrial markets. This role will focus on: Maintain and enhance relationships with key customers. Manage tendering, quoting, and supply chain processes for orders. Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries. Offer technical guidance on product selection and designs. Identify and pursue new project opportunities. Support Sales Engineers and assist with project administration. Contribute to corporate community engagements and initiatives. To be successful in this role, you will need: Qualifications/Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in the fluid processing industry or engineered products industry preferred. Knowledge of tender/quoting processes and bid preparation and submission. Mechanical/Technical Diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Attributes: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and unsupervised. Strong work ethics and understanding of corporate requirements. Willingness to participate in corporate community engagements. Customer-centric approach. System Knowledge (Beneficial): CRM experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
