Reference: TS000022-JL-1A well-established industrial pumps company supplying technically advanced products for a variety of industries and applications is seeking the above to join their team based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. Minimum requirements for the role: Matric (a Technical Qualification will be an advantage). Minimum 2 years’ previous experience in similar role. Must be Technically minded and willing to be “hands-on”. Experience within the Fluid mechanics / Pumps industry preferred. Computer literacy is essential with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages. Strong planning, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Attention to detail with the ability to multitask. Must have a valid driver’s licence and willing to do site visits. Processing all customer queries and quotes. Identifying potential customer needs / opportunities in order to grow business. Attending to all administrative tasks such as Sales Data entry of customers. Receiving and processing orders on behalf of clients in an efficient and accurate manner, as well as providing order status updates. Responding to customer queries in a timeous and professional manner. Maintaining records on the database and updating as and when required.
