An exciting career opportunity exists in Somerset West, Cape Town for an Internal Solutions Consultant within the IT industry. The sales consultant will focus on administrative duties relating to the sales process and coordination of the sales team’s activities. The sales consultant will act as the link between the sales team and the customer. They will also handle invoicing activities. Key Performance Areas: Client Communication Sales Administration Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities. Ensure a how to guide is set up for each task. Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction. Support admin and finance department with day to day activities Education and Skills: Matric. Interpersonal skills: such as telephone skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment. Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with team members. Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner. Proficient with general office applications. High energy and drive with good negotiation skills. Skill in preparing written communications and materials. Minimum Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience working as a sales administrator, or financial clerk. Any experience working in the IT industry will be to your advantage. Previous experience with Zoho books and Zoho CRM will be to your advantage.
