If so, this might be the perfect opportunity for youThis position is based in Illovo, Johannesburg North.Duties: Loading New Business: Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new business at our underlying MANCO, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step. Client Liaison: Act as a crucial link with our valued client, guaranteeing the delivery of top-notch products and services, ultimately driving increased revenue for the company. Client Query Management: Provide prompt and effective resolution to client queries, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Technology Engagement: Collaborate with project managers to stay abreast of new tech developments and changes, ensuring our solutions remain innovative and cutting-edge. Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders regarding pending applications, effectively managing stakeholder expectations. Administrative Support: Liaise with service or product providers on administrative matters, ensuring smooth operations. Portfolio Management: Conduct portfolio and data capturing activities with precision and attention to detail. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture professional relationships with our clients, always prioritizing their needs and delivering exceptional service. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with SARB and Reg 28 reporting requirements, adhering to all external and internal regulations and laws. Reconciliation Oversight: Review reconciliations between the Investment Administration platform and Retirement Funds Asset Manager to maintain accuracy and integrity. Process Improvement: Assist with process reviews and other project activities aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Investment Team Support: Provide support to the investment team by facilitating daily trade file submissions and resolving platform-related queries. Systems Enhancement: Collaborate with the Investments team to develop and implement processes and systems to automate functions within the department. Data Management: Utilize CRM and BI tools to effectively manage and organize client relationship information, ensuring seamless communication and engagement. Issue Resolution: Assist in addressing client complaints and resolving challenges with our products and services, prioritizing client satisfaction at all times. Job Experience and Skills Required: BCom or relevant Finance qualification Microsoft Office Suite experience advantageous Minimum of 1 - 3 years’ experience in a similar position If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
