Join their manufacturing adventure as we seek a vibrant Invoice and Admin Clerk to add dynamic energy to our team As the Invoice and Admin Clerk you will be responsible for the below: Daily invoicing of sales orders in alignment with order details. Conduct accuracy checks on invoices against Picking slips to ensure precision. Verify that invoices are signed, and accurate documents are provided to drivers. Before invoicing, cross-check quantities against the picking slip in CRM for accuracy. Ensure the overall quality of invoices. Maintain and update control sheets with daily invoicing information. Regularly update the POD Tracker. Efficiently retrieve PODs from third-party logistics within a maximum of 10 workdays. Report findings to management on a bi-weekly basis. Contribute to enhancing the performance of JB and Team Finance. Provide support to Team Finance Job Experience and Skills Required:Completed Diploma in accounting and related field.3 years’ experience in a similar role in finance.
