- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR Diploma or Degree will be preferred.
- Labour Law Degree or similar qualification.
- Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in an HR environment, with a focus on Industrial Relations.
- Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and regulations.
- Ability to travel nationally as required.
- Own transport and valid driver's license.
