Here's a Hybrid Role to consider, based in Johannesburg North. This is an opportunity to showcase your Business and Technical skills and experience in designing database systems / applications, in collaboration with super users and developers.Responsibilities Include:Requirements Gathering: Engage with internal stakeholders to thoroughly understand business needs and objectives. Collect and document detailed business requirements to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the project scope. Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and developers to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals. Database System Design: Design and architect database systems based on gathered business requirements. Ensure the database design aligns with business needs, scalability requirements, and industry best practices. Technical Requirements Documentation: Write clear and concise technical requirements documentation for developers, providing a detailed blueprint for system implementation. Communicate technical requirements in a manner that enables developers to efficiently implement solutions that meet business objectives. Education: A Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology. A Business Analysis Certificate would be an added bonus. Essential: 3 years Business Analysis experience in the IT Industry. A Strong Technical background (As a Software Developer preferably). A Solid background in writing clear and concise technical requirements documentation for developers, providing a detailed blueprint for system implementation. Job Experience & Skills Required: Experience in the Logistics industry would be an added advantage.
