The role involves managing Microsoft systems such as MS System Center, Mobile Device Management, Software Deployment, and providing end-user support. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure systems, a deep understanding of Microsoft System Center and device management technologies, IT Security, IT service delivery (ITIL), and project handling in large international companies. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include ensuring technology is in line with user expectations, contributing to Group IT projects, providing third-level support, and supporting end users. Ensure that all systems supported by Workplace Services are operational and maintained; Monitor IT solutions within the area of responsibility; Report and troubleshoot problems as required; Apply regular updates and patches, as required; Create documentation, procedures and policies in relation to the areas of responsibility; Establish a good working relationship with peers and other business players; Guide staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or virtually; Create Dashboards and Reports; Check market trends and analyse potential improvements within the area of responsibility . Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field At least five years' equivalent work experience as an IT Infrastructure Analyst Experience working within international teams Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language Highly self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to effectively prioritise tasks in a high-pressure environment Ability to conduct technical researches and market analysis Good time- and self-management Salary: R55 000 per month.
