Job Overview: As an IT Project Manager within the Online Retail Division, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering various projects related to online retail, e-commerce, and click-to-collect initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the Online Retail Division, adhering to defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements, define project scope, and develop comprehensive project plans. Manage project resources, including internal team members and external vendors, to optimize project delivery and achieve desired outcomes. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address project challenges and uncertainties effectively. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment. Coordinate with technical teams to implement and integrate online retail solutions, including e-commerce platforms and click-to-collect systems. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of online retail capabilities. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the project team to drive success. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within the retail industry. Strong understanding of online retail concepts, e-commerce platforms, and click-to-collect solutions. Experience managing projects in agile environments and familiarity with project management tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) would be advantageous.
