Reference: JHB002467-TR-1We are recruiting for a IT Security Specialist Consultant. Assist with configuration of SSL certificates on systems in accordance with best practices.- Assist with configuring systems in the network with latest supported SSL/TLS version.- Identify unsupported protocols and software’s in the network along with remediation.- Review and assist with configuration of FortiGate firewall rules in accordance with best practice.- Review overall FortiGate firewall configuration in accordance with best practice.- Analyze the current SIEM configuration, advise and assist with optimization of the solution for proper security reporting in theenvironment.- Review the audit findings report on security and advise oncorrection.- Testing and analyzing network assetsfor potentialsecurity threats.- Identifying possible security threats and determining the best securitymeasures.- Suggesting improvementsto existing security systems.- Assess an organization's IT infrastructure,systems, and processes to identify vulnerabilities,MINIMUM COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS:The consultant shall possess the following requirements:- Minimum 3 years of experience in information security governance. Qualification in information security, computer information systems, computer science, or arelated field.- The consultant must be certified; either CISSP, CISM and/or technical certifications such as the following :CompTIA - Security, CompTIA - PenTest, CompTIA - CySAEC-Council - Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)ISACA - Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)- Problem-solving skills- Communication skills
