Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and guidance to resolve user's computer hardware and software problems.
- Communicate with users via phone, chat, email, and support ticketing system to assess and understand the scope of the problem.
- Assist with the installation and setup of new hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
- Coordinate service or replacement of defective products from vendors and manufacturers.
- Stay updated on technical innovations and best practices, making recommendations for new software and hardware solutions.
- Train local users to handle common problems and minor issues.
- Maintain accurate records of support services provided in the ticketing system or database.
- Develop training materials and conduct onsite training sessions as required.
Qualifications:- High school graduate with training in computer user support and operations.
- Previous experience in user support within a multi-operation IT systems environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and customer service within a technological environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications.
