You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrade administration, monitoring and maintenance of the system software Monitoring and responding to system alarms and events Ensuring that the system meets the uptime and availability requirements Monitoring the system activity and ensuring access to the system Ensuring that the infrastructure and the systems are adequately documented Ensuring that the systems hardware and software problems are investigated , diagnosed and resolved Managing and monitoring system resources Provide 24/7 system support functions Qualifications Matric National Certificate (IT), BSc (IT), or industry related diploma ITIL foundation certificate Skills 2 Years experience with Linux and Microsoft platforms 1 Years database experience (SQL preferred) Must have experience troubleshooting system faults Salary / Package R30000 Benefits Medical Aid Pension/Provident Performance bonus
