Package: R15 000 - R25 000 (experience dependent).
Position Overview:
As an IT Technician/Onsite Tech, you'll be at the forefront of providing essential technical support and solutions to our clients. Your role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing system upgrades, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure on-site. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical problems efficiently, delivering top-notch customer service, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. With your expertise, you'll contribute to the seamless operation of IT systems, empowering clients to stay productive and efficient in their day-to-day operations.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
  • Matric certificate and a qualification in an IT-related field;
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Valid driver's license;
  • Sober habits.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365;
  • Strong background in technical support and troubleshooting;
  • Extensive knowledge of networking principles;
  • Familiarity with network security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the technical partner channel with their products;
  • Provide advice on infrastructure issues and offer suitable network solutions;
  • Take charge of user problems and proactively address them;
  • Help grow and support partner reseller channels;
  • Manage company networks and firewalls;
  • Communicate with potential clients and IT partners;
  • Conduct training sessions on existing and new features;
  • Interact effectively with clients and demonstrate strong communication skills.
