Italian Brand Ambassador - Cape Town City Centre

Requirements:
  • Matric/ Grade 12 (non-negotiable).
  • Fluent in Italian (oral and written: non-negotiable).
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
  • Tertiary education (advantageous).
  • Must have the right to work in South Africa (VISA approved).
  • Proficient in the use of the MS Office suite (non-negotiable).

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate customer interactions, provide feedback, and report to campaign team leaders.
  • Handle customer service calls within the banking sector.
  • Ensure all outbound calls are conducted in a professional, friendly and polite manner.
  • Demonstrate excellence in customer service by achieving specified performance standards.
  • Build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure that the SLAs are met and exceeded with respect to back-office processing requirements as per client requirements.
  • Assisting with any other duties that may be reasonably expected of you within the Company.

Salary:
  • R18 000 - R25 000 basic salary
