Penlec is an electrical company in the northern suburbs of Cape Town. We offer comprehensive electrical services, including installations, repairs, and maintenance. As an experienced team of professionals, we are proficient in handling installations, repairs, and maintenance of solar power, inverters, generators, and UPS systems. Duties & Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems • Perform general electrical maintenance • Solar and inverter installations • Inspect circuit breakers and other electrical components on site • Identify maintenance risks on equipment • Identify electrical & mechanical faults • Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance services • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act • Fault finding • Willing to work overtime and away from home when required Desired Experience & Qualification • Diploma/Certificate as an Electrician (ELCONOP3 minimum) • At least 5 years of relevant experience • Experience working in hazardous locations • Ability to use electrical, hand, and power tools • Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines • Critical thinker and problem-solving ability • Valid driver’s license (EB) • Residing in Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs Please submit your CV to adminpenlec.co.za
