The general requirements of this job is to assist in an architectural company Minimum Requirements • Excellent communication skills with clients • Matric certificate or equivalent • A clear criminal record • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook • At least 2 years’ administration experience • Background in Administration/ Office Management is an advantage • Must be willing to work overtime when required Key Performance Areas • Maintaining a good and effective filling system and document management, including archiving• Answering the telephone and taking messages updating clients on the progress of their building plans • Dealing with internal and external enquiries • Taking meeting minutes & submitting building plans to City of CapeTown. • Meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines (emails/work sheets/templates) • General Clerical duties
