Internal Sales We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and play a crucial role in connecting with fleet companies, insurance brokers & companies. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to these businesses, understanding glass needs, and promoting our service. Your ability to build a client base, handle objections, and close deals will be essential to your success in this position. Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls to small business owners to introduce our loan products and services. • Build strong relationships with potential clients, fostering trust and credibility over the phone. • Handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently, turning them into opportunities. • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall company growth. Candidate Requirements: • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling is preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build momentum quickly. • Resilient and persistent with the ability to handle rejection and objections in a positive manner. • Confidence and enthusiasm to deliver persuasive pitches and overcome challenges. • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Exceptional organizational skills to manage a high volume of calls and maintain detailed records. • Must be fluent in Afrikaans & English Salary: R 6500 commission Please send CV to randglassgmail.com
