Associate staff member required for property investment company in Cape Town city centre. WE PREFER SOMEONE WILLING TO WORK REMOTELY. The position offers EITHER a small basic salary and ADDITIONAL COMMISSION OR ALTERNATIVELY FULLY commission based on earned deals, WHEREAS THE FIRST OPTION WOULD HAVE LOWER AND THE SECOND ONE HIGHER COMMISSION PERCENTAGE. Reasonable reimbursement for INTERNET ACCESS AND PHONE CALLS costs can be offered, as well as further training. If you are comfortable with people, DISCIPLINED TO WORK REMOTELY/FROM HOME, have a good telephone manners, are motivated, WELL-SPOKEN, honest and well-organised, you will benefit from the good commission structure that is in place. The suitable candidate should have a level of competence to be able to use a computer to compose emails, attend virtual meetings, be comfortable with written correspondence and documents, collate information over the phone and from various locations ON THE INTERNET and present this in a coherent manner.
