TerraMar are a provider of industry-leading vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions, committed to supporting our customers run safer, more sustainable, more efficient fleets. We are seeking to recruit a talented sales executive to sell our solutions to fleet operators across South Africa, including those operators engaged in cross-border journeys. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying and engaging prospective clients, understanding their needs, and selling our tailored solutions.Responsibilities:• Prospect for new business and build a robust pipeline of potential clients, predominantly in the transportation and logistics sector.• Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, social media outreach and in-person meetings to educate prospective clients on our solutions.• Develop proposals and sales presentations that speak to the client's specific requirements and challenges.• Present and demonstrate our solutions effectively, showcasing the value proposition tailored to the client's business requirements.• Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive responses to client inquiries.• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and onboarding new clients.• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention and renewal rates.• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and new products to effectively position our solutions.Requirements:• Proven experience in B2B sales. Experience selling into the South African fleet management and transportation sector is strongly preferred.• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, objection handling and closing skills.• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite• Willingness to travel within South Africa and potentially to neighbouring countries for client meetings.• Valid driver's license and access to car (a vehicle will not be supplied in this role)How to Apply:We offer a competitive salary plus commission in a fast-paced work environment.
