Sales and Beauty Therapist We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Beauty Therapist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling beauty products and treatments , and delivering high-quality beauty treatments to our clients. Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional manner. 2. Conduct sales consultations to understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate products and treatments. 3. Perform a variety of beauty treatments 4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms & workstations 5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and new techniques to enhance service offerings. 6. Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling services. 7. Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication. 8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. 9. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times. Requirements: 1. Experience in sales, preferably in the beauty industry. 2. Certification or diploma in beauty therapy from an accredited institution would be an advantage 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Excellent salesmanship and negotiation skills. 6. Knowledge of beauty products, skincare, and current trends. 7. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 9. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Benefits: 1.
