If you are the ideal candidate please load your professional CV and video on the below link: MAGNITUDE (magnitudefb.com) KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Balance sheet – Accurate and timeous capturing of Fixed Assets, Finance and Capitalized leases Preparing financial statements and forecasts Month end processes of Running Management Accounts, attending and resolving queries from Directors Maintaining and monitoring of day to day cash flow Drawing up budgets Attention to detail a must Possessing strong Inter-relations skills with Directors and ability to integrate Operations with Finance Overseeing and managing all processes, controls and policies Strong Debtors Book management Maintaining of the BEE Schedules and Consolidation of Procurement for SED, ED and SD Preparing and maintaining costing model Assisting with information for Tenders Signing off and submitting the Staff Register and Maintenance of Training Schedule Ensuring that we have Amortization Schedules for the bank Reviewing files and consulting with the Auditors for yearend audit Providing bank with debtors AA monthly Ability to handling multiple business profiles – multi tasking MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 B Comm in Finance Articles completed, registration as a CA will be an advantage Minimum of 2-5 years' experience as a Financial Manager Pastel Evolution knowledge and experience are essential Advanced Excel skills RMarket related
