With a passion for people, we value our teams and treat everyone as part of the Beacon family Our roles Career opportunities in our stores include the following roles: Store Managers Assistant Store Managers Managers in Training Sales Associates (full time, part time & casual opportunities) Previous experience in sales and customer service is essential to ensure we offer the best service to our customers. We are also looking for flexible people who are available to work on weekends, late nights and weekdays when required. Excellent sales results are key to any role at Beacon and it is essential to be able to convincingly explain our products to our customers. That's why it is important that our team show a willingness to learn about our extensive product range and have a genuine interest in lighting design and technology. We expect all team members to have a positive approach, along with a willingness to learn and to work together with the team.
