Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting potential clients, identifying their needs, matching them with suitable products, and ensuring a smooth closing process. Key Responsibilities: Utilize various prospecting methods to source potential leads. Identify clients' financial needs through effective questioning and pre-qualification techniques. Match product offerings to clients' needs, providing thorough explanations and guidance throughout the process. Clarify final approvals and facilitate successful closings. Maintain ongoing communication with clients and follow up post-closing to ensure satisfaction and gather referrals. Efficiently capture and file applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Minimum Requirements: Own car/transport and valid driver's license. Matric qualification. Minimum Experience: 2 years of successful sales conversions. Experience in proactive prospecting in a pressurized sales environment. Strong administrative and marketing skills. Preferred Experience: 3 years of sales experience, preferably in home loans.
