Who we are: A performance-driven, full-service digital marketing agency specialising in the online marketing industry since 2006. Who we are looking for: A motivated Junior Account Associate to work closely with the Account Manager, providing essential administrative support. What will you do: Overall administrative support to the Account Manager and handle general administrative duties as required Act as a secondary point of contact for client and partner relationships managed by the Account Manager Manage phone calls, emails, proposal and presentation preparation and invoicing instructions on behalf of the Account Manager Assist and support the Account Manager in achieving new sales and upselling targets, contributing to the growth of client portfolios Aid in preventing client cancellations and package downgrades by evaluating clients’ campaign performance and notifying the Account Manager of any concerns Assist the Account Manager in evaluating and analysing client campaigns from a strategic perspective Research market trends and conduct competitor analyses, offering insights and recommendations to the Account Manager Attend regular sales, client and partner meetings and training sessions alongside the Account Manager Manage the Account Manager’s schedule, including meetings, training, functions and trips What do you need: A basic understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads and Search Engine Optimisation Strong administrative and time management skills Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma Problem-solving skills Ability to work within a team environment is essential Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication abilities Well-organised, adaptable to change, and capable of managing day-to-day tasks Eager to learn and stay informed on industry trends Desired work experience 1-2 years of administrative experience is preferred
