QualificationÂ
- Minimum qualification: relevant commercial Degree or equivalent qualification.
Knowledge SkillsÂ
- 2-5 years related experience in back-office support in a banking environment.
- Proficiency in client relationship management and administration.
- Experience in interpretation of financial statements
- Strong administrative experience
- Understanding of the IDC administrative and IT systems (including SAP)
- Knowledge of client's products
- Knowledge of payroll systems
Internal /Operational Processes
- Conducting Due Diligences on application for funds
- Handling clients on a cradle to grave basis i.e. from inception through to exit
- Writing of reports
- Regular client site visits
- Assessment of monthly client reports
- Assessment of monthly client Monitoring and EvaluationE data
- Review of ad-hoc client reports
- Managing client budgets and usage of funds
- Analyzing client financial data
- Ensuring client administration is up to date on the IDC system
- Attending client Board meetings
Customer Focus Stakeholder Management
- Manage and enhance the levels of service and communication to ensure the provision of client service excellence.
- Client relationship management
- Gathering of feedback and taking corrective action on client queries to ensure satisfaction and retention.
